NEED BIGGER VAULT with NEW DLC - DeeJ please hear us out
It is safe to say at this point... Most people have a pretty full vault.
It is also safe to say that , we only keep items we are interested in... and Vault is still full
Now what happens when new DLC/Raid comes out? New Raid Weapons and Armor... Raid Gear/Weapons perks are pretty specific to the raid you got it from... So most of us will want to keep it.
All this new stuff.. New armor.. New weapons....
No Vault Space
Please increase vault size.. There is NO reason to have such limited storage space... Especially when a lot of us have 3 characters and new content is coming.
Please upvote for visibility!!!
Edit 1 : Post some ideas how you would like them to update the Vault.. we need it
My idea: do it the same way you toggle through main menu (Roster, inventory, etc)
but you are switching through Vault 1, Vault 2, Vault 3.. etc... Simple add I believe

I know you can't necessarily give us solid information... but was the idea THROWN out the window? is it on the backburner? are the devs all for it, but just need time?
This post has gotten great response from the people. We truly want this... and kinda need it with new content inbound.
I am not one of those who cuts down this game, bungie, or YOU ... I support this through and through..
but "I have brought this up in meetings" is very disheartening.. especially when this is OBVIOUS that the people want it.
This is not asking for anything crazy.. Not asking for some new 'Black Engrams' or for you to re-do the story, or change how we level up... This is simply.. Add Vault Space.
Please - Can we get some more solid information on this? Should I have my hopes up? or should we just forget about it?

Best solution to this. Give ships that give you a boost to your storage. Exotic ships - 20 extra slots Legendary ships - 10 extra slots Rare ships - 5 extra slots

Bungie probably thinking "well. Now that our players r probably dismantling their exotics cus you know. Now they need shards to upgrade them or they shower xur in coins for shards, soo.. No point in upgrading vault now right? I'm sure they have plenty of space.." [Bungie's logic]

More vault space and have it be accessible from orbit. Waaaay too much of a pain to swap weapons at the tower before switching characters.

8 RepliesIt should go a little something like this, so transferring guns doesn't take 10-20 minutes. "Your Guardian realizes that the cryptarchs are not very generous with the vault space. Upon clearing up some space in your jumpship you realize you can store a lot more stuff there, and there is room for improvements!" - Vault space increased and can now be accessed from orbit. More space can be purchased from the shipwright.

1 ReplyWhen I play games I love to "collect". It's my way of keeping things fun after you've accomplished all mission based objectives. My primary and special slots are full on all 3 characters. Vault is full as well. I only have legendary or better weapons with the exception of placeholders for exp. (and a green shoot to loot sniper). Destiny has only been out for a little over 2 months and I'm already limited as to what I can keep! This breaks my heart. Make it an in game transaction I don't care I just need more slots! And I honestly don't even know if double the slots would last. 60 for weapons at least! As far as armor goes, I'm just a couple shy of having all the exotics available (xur where is HoPF?!?). I do have some duplicates but I hate getting rid of final tier pieces! I've got multiples of almost every raid piece for every class, all with different stats. Of course I could throw all that armor on its respective character but I can see myself easily dismantling the wrong piece as I switch gear in and out a lot. tldr: MORE SLOTS PLS & THX

I try to collect all exotics in game, there are 20 exotics so far and that makes my weapon part in vault full. With new DLC coming there are even more exotics coming and i also have to put my legendary gear somewhere. Pls give us 10 or 20 more weapon vault space! (more would be better but im fine with 10 already)

with all the materials 4 glimmer UPs and 4 materials for storing glimmer house banners e.g motes of light strange coins thats half your general space taken, add some emblems and shaders and synsthesis and your out of general space in no time, bump
