I have my first midterm exam for 2nd year of university tomorrow and it happens to be the hardest one out of all three plus a final. Usually midterms are around the 8th- 12th but for some stupid reason I have one tomorrow and I am so stressed/nervous because I do not feel like I will do well. I have many notes, but it is just a matter of reading them and writing them down a couple of times but then I get distracted by friends texting me, emails, etc. This year has been incredibly stressing for me. Studying 4 hours or more, straight tends to fail because when I get to the actual exam, it is as if the paper erases some of my memory and all my good ideas get lost in oblivion. I am in a hard program so I really cannot mess this up.
My question is; how do you force yourself to study for them without getting distracted?
Give an honest answer please =)

How do I force myself to study without getting distracted? I don't and I'm falling massively behind as a result. I'm at extreme risk of failure. My advice would be to go to the library as much as possible. Unfortunately my university's library's not open on weekends :(
