i find that for some reason you automatically go airborne when you launch nova bomb, like a little hop, and i have no control over this hop like i'm sliding on ice. If i jump before i Nova i can control where i'm going to land better. ALSO easier distribution of AOE when nuking from above as opposed to threading the needle between enemies for the middle guy in the group when firing from the ground.
