I don't know.. I suppose it's possible but if we don't represent light then who does? The Cabal? They have their own version of the Death Star according to the Ghost. The Fallen? They have piles and piles of human bones indicating 0 respect for sentient life as well as a caste system that is beyond barbaric. The Vex? Doubtful, as the time traveling Exo reveals their evil intentions. The Hive? Well, that's just too easy.
