That would be nice. Unfortunately, they've had all the raids completed since day 1.

Been here longer than you. They may have had them laid out, but in no way made and ready on day 1.

Doubt it. And no. They have been laid out since day 2. That's what DLC means. "Disc Locked Content" all they do is push an update to unlock it and let us play it. Do a little research bud.
