Dear Bungie,
I appreciate the team's efforts in maintaining a healthy PvP sandbox. However, the recent and valid nerf to sniper rifles highlights the overdue need for an ammo rework for bows in PvP. Their high damage, quick draw-time, and infinite ammo, combined with low zoom iron sights, create an oppressive playstyle in competitive scenarios. I suggest implementing limited ammo for bows, akin to Forerunner, to encourage diverse gameplay and enhance the overall PvP experience. Data backs this claim showing that this class of weapon can be constantly found in high usage in trials and competitive.

ngl, i think bows are getting a bit too much pvp hate, everyone is saying they are op and need nerfed i can agree with 3 things: 1) they are strong when played right 2) draw time could 100% be a valid nerf that i can accept 3) an ammo count could be acceptable, only problem being there would be no way to pick up more without an intrinsic perk for all bows specifically in pvp however, i feel like a lot of the hate is coming from people just being straight up stupid. they are pretty easy to counter, and no primary ammo bow one taps head that i can think of (maybe le monarch with oathkeepers?) sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo maybe dont be a gorilla charging down a long sightline with a shotgun and expect to get close enough to kill them, if they have wish ender and they hit you once you KNOW THEY KNOW YOU ARE THERE. so DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT RE PEAK THEM. go elsewhere or go for a flank or attack from an off angle thats closer. i use bows a lot in pvp and 9/10 kills are just me head shotting one person, only for them to duck away. then immediately repeak expecting me to not be paying attention to them? its also null and void if multiple people push at once generally. i think people are just so used to only fighting against shotguns, hand cannons, and smgs (which all share a few similar weaknesses) that the introduction of bows to the meta has broken peoples brains since it requires a DIFFERENT strategy to counter tldr; dont be a shotgun monkey and just use your brain a little to exploit the weaknesses they offer, just like any other gun.
