First of all, house of wolves is epic. Poe is very fun, new exotics shifts the preferences over classes making a far more better variety in subclasses. Kool lookin weapons and armor and a very active impact on the patrol. I even enjoyed the story missions.
Now I like everything about this expansion, but I just have one problem. Trials of osiris... it sounds so epic for any casual destiny player, but not if ur a lagger. The whole crucible portion of destiny is marked out for us laggers (I am not using a mcdonald wifi connection), I have a high speed Internet connection, dmz, nat 2, opened ports but I still lag. I know there are alot more players that face the same problem.
See, I play all the other fps games without even a blink of lag, however, I face alot of lags on destiny's crucible. I tried til I got fed up, esp. when IB first released, but it never worked out. It never really got to me, bcuz the pve side is loaded with things to do. Considering that trials of Osiris is a huge portion of this expansion, I feel I am missing out on alot and there isn't much I could do but voice my agony here on a post.
I am not being jelly, yet I just wanna be able to get a fair chance on advancing through the trials. I mean I couldn't care less about the iron banners, but the trials seems like it very much worth it, yet pointless trying to aim for, because aside from getting 9-0 win streak, I have to battle with my lags. I don't even think it is fair to drown two other players with my laggy @$$ connection.
If anyone can share some ideas of how to resolve the lag storm, please feel free to share.
Cheers to anyone who made it to the lighthouse.
Edit: they fixed the problem. It's lag free now, and I do not know how to remove this thread :/
