Hezen Vengence 365
I decided to take my HV to 365 and dont regret it. 8 rockets legengary that packs a punch over a wide area and 3 in the tube. Great for Prison of Elders . Those Cabal and Psions didnt stand a chance. It definatlely works better than H of C. Yeah it doesnt have tracking but not really required for the job I use it for.
Just thought i would mention in case anyone has one collecting dust in vault

It's my fave legendary rocket launcher in the game. I dismantled mine tho thinking it would be obsolete after tdb. Don't need tracking with it...great velocity and fire rate with those 3 rockets and 5 more in reserve. What really sets it apart is the mirvs and fire rate.
