I've yet to do the raid since the update but I haven't felt any changes in either PvP or PvE.
Also, while I believe that some things should be seperated between both, I don't think it's possible to make weapon perks work differently unless you tie them to a perk like some are already.

It would have to look something like that otherwise things would get stupid. I don't want my weapons behaving differently between PvP and PvE. Just even out the nerfs by making proper adjustments to PvE.
