It started two weeks ago. Being the good guardian I am I decided to start a little mischief on the dreadnaught. So I devised a crazy plan, stick in a Wormsinger rune, and a cabal command beacon and watch the champions FIGHT TO THE DEATH. I like gladiator movies, don't judge me. My joy built as the message of the champions having a duel popped across my hud, and I waited for the brawl in excitement. Unfortunately the other players in my lobby did not have the same fantasy of watching an all out npc war. So they finished off the bosses in the most lame and expedient fashion possible. Mourningly I went to go collect the prizes of my fallen entertainment and only the skyburners deployment codes dropped, no worm feeder rune. I thought it was strange but moved on and collected my chest after the cabal quest... (See what I did there, with that nice rhyming scheme, no?, okay.)... So I figured I could just get another rune, no big deal, but it's been two weeks, and I haven't seen another since. Even after killing a countless number of hive, specifically Knights and wizards. Was my obsession of watching an epic battle among champions my downfall? Or was it a poorly timed glitch? I need to know bungie. The fate of my last few calcified fragments before earning the fabled touch of malice depends on it!
