Not sure how to post so I hope I'm doing this right, one sure fire way I've been able to fix this problem for my girlfriend and I is to download a free virtual router on my computer and connect one of the ps4s to it and have the second one connect normally. This has worked 100% of the time for us... not that we should need to find our own fixes for it but at least it works
