Stuck in Hope Mission on Titan

I do not spawn on the Sinking Docks as I am supposed to. I spawn close to Siren's Watch. I am unable to open the door to go towards the command center. Please advise.

I also have the same problem. Still have not figured it out. Alienware i7 gtx 1080, 16 ram. Have you found anything?
