Riven is bugged. If any member of a fireteam dies at any point in the encounter it spawns that players ghost outside the yellow room by the tree (outside of the chamber). This forces you to complete the hardest, most technically challenging boss fight in-game, flawless...... BUNGIE..... please fix! I understand 99% of players cheese riven and don't do it legit, but for the challenge seekers, this cannot be allowed to persist.
