Anyone else read the news about Bungie not wanting to overdeliver in fears of letting its base down on future releases? I think this is a huge failure on the developer's train of thought. If the current model isn't working for the fan base it isn't working for the developer either. I would much rather see 2 releases a year instead of a big release plus like 4 little season releases. Step back take a break and really put the creative juices to work. Make the seasons larger and more exciting. Release a handful of new crucible maps and gambit maps. Create multiple dungeons and raids and add a couple of new strikes that go with the story bungie is telling.

They need to deliver new content not reworked old stale content. Drop the raids and dungeons and deliver a good quality game with new content. New maps for crucible and strikes and a new exotic quest. When they can get the base game in a good state then work on the rest of the game.
