Can't reset Valor rank
Title.
It keeps telling me to claim all previous rewards but there's nothing to claim? I checked everything from Hawthorne to my post-box, but there was nothing. Please help.

It looks like you have 2 Prisms still to collect. If you have maxed out on Pirsims, delete two from your inventory so you can claim the two Prisms from Shaxx.
