I've been playing Destiny for a while now and love how much the game has changed over the years. My most recent love is how drastic an exotic can change a build or make something way more viable than it was previously. Because of this, I'd like to toss my hat in on creating an exotic and get feedback on how it could be broken, underwhelming, stupid, great or just wouldn't work in the game as it is today. Also, if my terminology isn't the best or 100% accurate, let me know how to best to reword it to better align with current game state. Class: Hunter Name: Balaan's Icebox Armour: Head or Arms Exotic Perk: Freezer Burn Perk Description: Stasis crystal shatters cause ignitions on nearby scorched enemies. Main idea for the piece is to have weapons or abilities that generate stasis crystals and weapons or abilities to apply scorch to enemies and then create a synergy between them. Game plan is to apply scorch to target, create a stasis crystal, then shatter that crystal with the enemy nearby to cause them to ignite and explode, applying more scorch which incentivizes you to create more crystal and repeat the process till everything is dead. I think this piece would be best worn on Prismatic, Solar, or Stasis hunters, but I'm sure someone could find more ways to use/break it. I appreciate any feedback, so let me know your thoughts on it.
