I've collected all patterns for the salvations edge weapons. This week, I used all my raid spoils to buy Adept Weapons from master salvations edge. Every adept weapon I got, including the ones dropping from challenges, are not granting triple perks in the 4th column. I've collected nearly 20 Adept salvations edge weapons, with only 2 perks in the 4th column on every single drop. I think this is a bbug. I've seen other mentions of it from players as well, but nothing officially from bungie.
