What is a song that made you switch your taste in music completely
So uh I used to be interested in rock back then but once i heard Kody blu 31 by JID I had realized some rappers can have touching lyrics or talk about reality more than rock so I had switched to -blam!- 2024 and I’m not changing genres anytime sooon so what’s your story

Switch? I dunno. I was only exposed to gospel as a child, but it wasn't "my" music. I heard pop music and disco through my elementary years and didn't really get exposed to real rock until 7th or 8th grade. I can't think of a specific song that tripped the switch for me, but it was what I have listened to as my primary genre ever since.
