Error code Plum constantly

I can't play destiny. every 15 minutes or so i get a message that saying "battleye query timeout". its takes me out of the game and then destiny says its error plum. I have tried everything on my end to fix it but nothing. I can't even play the seasonal content as i am constantly kicked to the main screen. I uninstalled battleye multiple times, verified integrity of the files on steam, relaunched the game (which forces battleyey to be reinstalled), i deleted all the temp D2 files on my PC, I closed all processes that might be other launcher related, i closed all other apps minus Discord, Steam and D2, I have all windows and driver updates and no i don't and have never had anything cheat related for any game. my pc is as clean as can be. This has been going on since reset on Tuesday

If you haven't already, could you please have a look at the BattlEye support FAQ at the bottom of [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/4404262908436-Error-Code-PLUM]this article[/url]? Namely, you'll need to make sure that you have the latest Windows update before launching Destiny 2.
