Use to be 4 Vanguard Ciphers dropped per GM completion, but 2 per run is just sad. Not a good update Bungie. Gamers need to feel rewarded for playing, not given a list of chores that require tedious slow grinding. I understand you are desperate to keep players online, but forcing a boring grind is only giving you the opposite effect. It is pushing your fans away into other games.
