Saw 5 guardians on a single control point on rusted lands. Hello nova bomb merciless kill. Glide up to throw Nova Bomb around corner. Swing right stick too far, hit wall so far that even vortex isn't hitting them. 5 auto rifles turn me into Swiss cheese before I even hit the ground.

I did something similar the other night haha. Had it happen in PvE once, too. Jumped too high and hit the ceiling beams in the Warmind mission.
