The loot system in this game is so screwed up.
The only legendary primary iv'e received is from a blue engram.. from the CAVE.
Legendary and Exotic engrams need to be fixed, because I have yet to see anything above blue from them.
Rewards from strikes and crucible matches need dramatically higher chance for superior loot.

30% chance for legendary it's like finding a needle in a hay stack and that's the point exotic probably 20% or 10% (not too sure) blues are probably 50% and uncommon 70% that's how the game decides the drops sure if your lucky you can get a legendary engram hell I got 2 today but they weren't armor or weapons nope they were energy to upgrade legendary items that's how the game works you are never always going to get a legendary item with a legendary engram they will most likely be rare or uncommon the sooner you find that grinding your vanguard and crucible is better than praying for a legendary engram and the more fun you'll have playing the game keep farming just know that the game is random and their drops are meant to be like that
