You sure are assuming he is on welfare. He says he has a minimum wage job, at least he is working. As long as he has enough to pay his bills and is happy that's his business. Also making a bunch of money means shit if you are not careful with it. You can make seven figures and still be broke. High wage does not equate to wealth.
