Congrats dude! That's the one if been dying for as well. In fact, I even passed up on Icebreaker when Xur was selling it because I wanted P&T so bad. I regret it now because I have legendary or higher for all weapon types EXCEPT sniper rifle, and I just cant bring myself to buy one from the quartermaster because I KNOW I'll get one in a drop as soon as I do....
