There's a chest in the first part of the map of the cosmodrome that spawns inside a pipe, down in the tunnels with the hallowed knight and two hallowed acolytes, and is completely unobtainable. It spawns inside of the broken pipe at the back of the room and the way the wires are hanging across makes it impossible to get to... Don't know if anyone else is having the same trouble or not?
