Why did The 4th Horseman's rate of fire get lowered?
The patch notes say:
Thunderer perk now has priority on the 4th Horseman tooltip.
Can one of the devs please elaborate on what exactly this means and why it was chosen? It's previous rate of fire was really awesome and something that I felt set it apart from Invective and Universal Remote. So that it was not overpowered, personally I thought making the reload speed low by default was a good choice. #openhouse

29 RepliesThis doesn't mean anything to you, but we just found out we were mauled by a branch bear... Sage literally just walked into the room to alert us that we have found that the 4th Horseman's files were overwritten during their integration into the patch... What that means to you is that we playtested the proper things, but an issue occurred before the weapon made it out of the building and the stats HAVE been incorrectly modified. We will work on getting the weapon restored to its former glory ASAP. Apologies all around and thank you for drawing our attention to the issue!
