Classified?
Received No Time To Explain the other day. Still shows as classified I'm my inventory. Because of such I can't move it to the vault to hand it off to another character via the app. Kinda annoying. Would like a fix if possible.

Same here. I have to manually switch it in game. I tried updating the database as well.

Yeah I have the same issue but it's fixable. Xur's inventory shows Classified on my list... but the thing is... It says I'm not logged in to my account. So maybe make sure you're logged in properly. You might have to sign out then sign in.
