There is no "Best". [b]Ice Breaker [/b]is great for the fact that it doesn't need ammo packs, works amazing on "Nightfalls" that have "Juggler". Also, it's "Ice Breaker" perk makes it [i]decent[/i] but not great against mobs. However it takes an exotic slot. Good for PVP for the same reasons, but again takes an exotic slot. [b]Black Hammer [/b]is a boss decimator. It's not very good against mobs though. Unlimited ammo without having to wait for it to "recharge" and doesn't take up an exotic slot. Not something I'd use for PVP though with it's small clip size of 3. [b]LDR5001[/b] is a GREAT sniper, specially if you get a good roll, like I have 5 of them, 1 has "Field Scout" increasing the clip to 6. It's also very easily obtained. In my opinion, the best for PVP, even with just a 4 bullet mag, you could set "Armor Piercing" and shoot through walls. Those would be the ones I rank among the top. There isn't a singular BEST however. They're all situational however, and not one can be labeled "The Best".
