so i might be the only one who has descovered this.....
The question I posed was
We are getting weapon manufactures for individual weapon brands with unique models and playstyles and that's great..... however where in the towers are they going to sell them......
The 3 factions have taken most of the space in the tower and the event area only opens during events, it was then that I discovered that the only logical place they could put up shop is behind the door near the speaker.......
Imagine having a small shopping district filled with weapon smiths for different manufacturers as well as other things like armor manufactures with different brands and ability like heavy light or medium armor styles....
What do you guys think is this a stretch or believable.

I doubt each manufacturer would get a vendor, its more likely that they'll be sold just as they are now but each gun will have a brand on it. Random will still be random and the brands will probably be more aesthetic than anything. I mean this isn't going to turn into Borderlands all of a sudden, just another cheap gimmick to make the guns seem less "samey" than before.

1 ReplyThe vendors were originally intended to be back there. I don't know if they will be back there after TTK but there is a new crucible map in there for TTK

Datto has some crucible gameplay for ttk and discusses the different weapon brands. Its pretty awesome and im super excited.

1 ReplyHey, If you go left once you spawn in the Tower, past Eris and right before you come out to the New Monarchy/Speaker exit - There are shop like doors that are closed with Crates and Boxes stacked in front of the closed doors. The Crates and Boxes has Hakke, Suros and Omolon (Made Hardlight) brands on them. You'll also find another spot right beside the Crucible weapons vendor if I recall correctly. I'm assuming this is where the new weapons manufacturers will set up shop in the tower - Check it out for yourself and let me know what you think.
