Hello, I'm Moustacheless. I'm an avid gamer that easily puts in 5+ hours a day on Destiny which is one of my favorite games. This game has made me a lot happier through some tough times and has even made me a couple friends along the way. I have been working for the past month or so using three of coins to acquire The Last Word so that I could get The Chaperone, but if I could do it all over, I dont know if I would want to go for the chaperone. I'm not complaining straight to Bungie and the Destiny team in general because I understand why they did what they did. I'm more or less complaining to the crucible player base and so on. I am a decent crucible player in my own opinion, I believe I have a 0.9 K/D, but I could be mistaken. Once I got The Last Word in an engram drop, I cheered so loud, although I dislike the people that use it regularly mostly due to the insane rate of fire and that you can just hold the trigger and unload on the opponent. Nonetheless I was happy since a clanmate of mine already had it and was on his way to the chaperone. Never would I have know how stressed and angry I would get in only the first part of this quest. And if someone reading this doesn't know about this quest, if you know the Thorn quest where you needed void kills in crucible (or something along those lines) just quadruple the difficulty. To add to this, I believe I'm a pretty decent hand cannon player, as I use The First Curse and usually go positive if I'm not messing around with friends. I realize I'm rambling, so I'll get to the point, any average or below average player has a very little chance of completing this quest without wanting to blow their brains out. I realize Bungie and the Destiny team did this because the chaperone is a good weapon and I agree, but people that rarely play crucible as it is(myself and many others) have a tough enough time as it is. And I know if I ever finish it it'll be worth it, but right now I'm in a never ending hell. I have played roughly 20 games of clash, rift, and control today and winning maybe 3. I am trying to complete the quest by playing normally without the Last Word equipped and then just before winning, equipping the gun and taking my 3 or 4 percent. If one does the math, that's roughly 34 games give or take random deaths and kills alike. I've tried playing with the hand cannon which just makes me even more stressed than I already am. Nothing seems to work, I have searched YouTube for recommendations or any help at all, but all I can figure out is that I'm doomed. I know I sound like I'm whining, which I understand, but to us non-crucible players, this is extremely tough and is making me not want to play at all.
