Hi ,im fat and i want to lose weight im5"11 230 lbs
I want to get back to 180-190
Is there any good workout youd like to share ?

Practice started yesterday so I'll probably go down but so far I've found that just working out every other day or so and adding in consistent running ( nothin crazy but push yourself ) will bring you down. I personally struggle with eating a lot after workouts but if you control that then you'll go down. I also don't eat the best of things but just don't put crap in your body. At first if you start like lifting and stuff don't be surprised if it goes slow. When you build muscle it weighs more than fat.

Eat a lot of greasy pizza, with extra cheese, extra meat and stuffed crust. Make sure to get extra large pizzas too, and no veggies. Veggies will make you fatter. Trust me, I tried putting veggies on it and it made it a lot worse. Pizza, 3 times a day, every day of the week. You'll lose weight in no time! Scrap the bullshit diets that claim to be miracles. Set aside a holiday (I used the summer). Eat a bit less but not too much, and go to the gym 5 times a week for the duration of the holiday. Put in the effort and you'll be fine.

A low carb diet will do it. But just remember, fast loss=fast gain.

Half an hour of cardio a day (at least) followed by a weight session. Be sure to train various muscles and not training the same ones back to back. So joining a gym would be helpful. Have one day a week off. Watch your diet. - limit (preferably none)processed foods -beware of high sodium -try and avoid white bread Lastly, stick to it. Results won't come over night so weighing yourself every day will only be a detriment to your mindset. Losing weight is a marathon not a sprint, I usually weigh myself once a week.

My friend lost 40 pounds running in a season of HS cross country. So my advice is to start running. Don't go on a treadmill, that's boring. Run on trails, make your own runs, and log your miles. Running around 30 miles a week is pretty easy. Speed workouts every once and a while won't hurt

Literally just stop eating for a few days. You'll be 5 lbs lighter. And by stop eating I mean limit yourself to 1500 calories a day, and stay away from carbs, sugar, sodium, and bad fats as much as possible. 90% of losing weight is just diet. No processed shit either if you can avoid it.

Water only. No breads or processed food. Get a month sample of energy booster & fat burner supplements online. Work out hard about 30-45 min a day. Drink chocolate milk immediately after your workout. Do this and you'll shed weight with the -blam!-ing quickness.
