Accidentally deleted character holding Spark of Light

So I was going to create a new character and use the spark of light on it but when I deleted a character to make room for the new one I accidentally deleted the character that was holding the spark of light. Is there any way for me to get a new one?

Aside from purchasing a Level 25 Class Pack, no there is not. Visit your console's store for all Destiny Add-ons. Bungie does not restore deleted items or characters: https://www.bungie.net/7_Deleted-Item-and-Character-Policy/en/Help/Article/12211
