Can not unlock blighted chalice strike
So I was able to do all of the new Prison of Elders activities and the new Blighted Chalice strike on my Titan (my main character), but my other two characters can not unlock the quest. Variks has no quests for them and i can not figure it out. Does anyone know what I may not have completed or what I need to do to receive the quest?
