The death of Elisa Lam
This is an odd and kind of disturbing case from 2013.
The reason why I'm sharing this is because it's such an odd story and the video prior to her death is downright creepy.
The way she acted in the video was most likely due to her bipolar disorder but it is still disturbing nonetheless.

2 Repliesso she gets into a deep water tank and somehow closes the lid of it?? wouldnt that be really difficult?? the elevator works fine as soon as she leaves?? i believe this wasnt suicide. it is possible that it was supernatural, but i believe someone else did this to her. too many loose ends.

Something must have been very wrong with it to have nothing happen for almost 4 minutes whilst she was in and out pushing all the buttons. The doors didn't attempt to close or anything, then suddenly they open and close like three times apparently without any interference.

8 RepliesMy father works in the fire alarm and construction industry and when i showed him this years ago he said that that elevator should have responded. He said it was very odd and even noted that she pressed the emergency button in the video. So if she was being targeted that would mean that someone was directly interfering with the elevator control panel and had access to the camera system to see her leave and return the elevator back to normal. They also would have had to disable any emergency systems in the building and have the ability to bring them back up almost instantly after she left that area. Because of how she acted, talked to nothing, the elevator activity, and how she freakishly moved her body on multiple occasions this has a much darker explanation in my mind. Some say she fled to the water tanker but how could she without a access key or pass for the roof door, equipment to open up the tanker as most are sealed, and the ability to seal the tank back up after she had entered from the inside? If someone did this to her why leave her in a place where she could be found? Why not destroy her body? I mean they are smart enough to hack/bipass multiple systems such as a camera security system, an elevator control panel, the buildings emergency connection, and the security door on the roof but they are dumb enough to leave her as evidence? Heck the fact that they didnt wipe the video shows how incompetent they are while they set up everything else perfectly. Thats why i think this case is something else entirely. I only have conjecture like everyone else but even years after this i still get goosebumps thinking about it because nothing makes sense no matter what angle i take to look at it.
