I was running VoG. The team I found was incredibly good. We downed Templar in one go. We had made it to Atheon, and then...we hit a wall. Every time one of us would die, usually at Oracles, causing a wipe. But after a while we got our acts together and were improving. But one guy kept dying over and over to just the Supplicants. And every time he died, he would moan and groan and whine about how bullshit they are and that he shouldn't have been killed when they blew up cause he was totally too far away. Eventually the team collapsed and he started blaming anybody who left, calling them all noobs, including myself. When I pointed out he was the only one still dying at a consistent rate, he tried to pretend it only happened once or twice. Moral of the story: Mistakes happen. Admit it and learn from it. Whining about it, claiming it totally wasn't your fault and then downplaying it helps no one.

Was doing Crota. Guy beat his kid because he was annoying him. Kid just wanted some water. Dad was playing xbox. Party leader kicked him. Probably one of the worst things I've ever listened to.

I'm convinced the guy i was playing with was screwing with us. mid raid he says "Shit, guys im sorry, i got to go. My horse got into the kitchen again" then we hear "BETTY, GET IN HERE AND HELP, SHELLY'S GETTING INTO THE RAVIOLI. GET HER OUT OF HERE"

Yesterday we were wiping at Vosik 2 and I jumped up and knifed Vosik. I got a Splicer Key.

I was running WotM a few days ago with an LFG group. We got to Aksis without to many issues and then all of a sudden one of the guys says he just got an email that his PSN subscription just ran out. He was asking us all what was going to happen, like if he could keep playing. No one really knew lol. Like 30 secs later he for booted from the fireteam and party chat. Guess that answered the question lol. Needless to say we picked up aome other random and beat Aksis.

Not exactly an LFG story, but a guy that we used to play with now and then lived with his mother and made his money from disability payments and small-time drug deals (as did his mother). He interrupted a raid and did a drug deal right in the middle of it – with the mic on and everything. He then quit the raid a little while later as he was "too high to play". Yay, team!

Zebra goes on LFG to find people to raid. Zebra posts "LFG know what to do, have challenge mode emblem" Zebra joins party chat invite and flys into raid Zebra says "Hey guys" ....... [I]silence[/I]....... Zebra is confused. Party leader says no kids allow Zebra gets the boot. Zebra is confused 🤷‍♀️

Doing Aksis first time it was Challenge mode in AoT. Was running with an alright group, but after the first damage phase I accidentally swing my dark drinker and knocked one of my teams of the pillars. Need less to say we didn't complete that raid that night

Telling newbies at warpriest to jump up to the black orb for a grimoire card and a chance for an exotic then watch as they die trying [spoiler] then i tell them they need to jump at the exact same moment so they they try again and fail [/spoiler]

Way back when King's Fall was new, was running a group with a couple of friends. We get one guy to join us who is a jerk. Commanding everyone, demanding certain weapons, referring to himself in the third person, etc. We just kind of laugh him off and keep going. We get all the way to sisters and it is clear this guy has never done it. He calls out runner (still referring to himself in third person) every time even though runner is random. Dies on his plate every time. After about a half dozen wipes with no progress he starts screaming "How come you guys aren't killing your wizards?!? Shoot the f-ing wizards!!" we all start chuckling (everyone knows there aren't wizards at this part) when one of my buddies comes in with "sorry dude, I forgot to bring my wizard pistol..." we all start laughing and the guy leaves right away. To this day we call golden gun the wizard pistol.

I started the game a little later in yr 1. Dude I met in patrol agreed to help me through my first raid. So we are making our way through vault, one guy is giving at this talk bout how he better get a fatebringer, I'm quietly thinking , what on earth is a fatebringer, in fear I get booted I keep quiet and fight on. So any way we kill boss, 2 fatebringers drop on my screen, I say, "I got a double fatebringer drop, is that gun good?", the guy loses it, he's ranting, raving, cursing, -blam!-ing noob gets 2, I'm done he says, smashes the controller on the ground and leaves the game and party. His friend says, it's ok, he just needs a minute, he'll be back. He never came back. Only when I start using the fatebringer for myself did I realise why it was just so damn good...!

I put up a post stating that I was bored and would help any group with the Deathsinger challenge. I received atleast a dozen invites and over the course of a few hours ended up joining around 7 fireteams. In all 7, I'd wait until my teammates were occupied, waiting for the swordbearer to spawn and then sneak in and kill Ir Yut with my Raze Lighter. I ruined so many challenges that day. Good times.

I played WOTM with squeakers..

Most of my favorites include using the wrong call outs for different raids. Like on aksis, "Oryx is going left" or when you become empowered you say something about oracles. Also, when the Shade of Oryx comes charging in I call that "John Cena"

Ran kings fall a few days ago on my hunter. Jumped in at a totems checkpoint and decided to help even though I had a checkpoint for daughters. The fireteam leader requested experienced raiders but was literally the cause of every wipe. He kept dying to the acolytes on the right side. It was a waste of 30 minutes and 2 heavy synths as he left after causing the 8th wipe Then I join another group at golgoroth which we get done after 3 attempts. It seemed like this group was actually competent, but that was shattered once it came to running at daughters. It's never a good thing when the solo player is way better than the group of friends These guys were just absolutely terrible runners. It think it took 3 tries. They took entirely too long and couldn't jump to the platforms to do DPS. I'm not even joking when I say they gave us only 10 seconds to kill the second sister when I gave a very generous 35 seconds. We only got through it cause I was chosen to be runner twice Then came Oryx. Forget anyone speaking up to be runner, you could hear a mouse fart when I asked who's taking which plate. It took another 2 hours to finish off Oryx. The two Titans in middle were using ToM and taking too long to kill ogres and kept dying cause they didn't realize they were running double weapons bubbles. The girl on plate 1 while I was running kept dying to "spite of the king". She was an extra Titan With bubble That had blessing And refused to use it to save herself The guy on plate 3 kept dying to the acolyte eye. They also kept taking forever to kill the 4th knight. I only messed up once when the echo killed me mid shadestep while I had a blessing buff. And the first time we actually stacked all 16 bombs, no one would listen to me and they waited until Oryx moved back to the front to [b]finally[/b] detonate them. And then of course on another attempt Oryx is back at it again with not taking damage from all 16 bombs and only about 12 register I was so mentally exhausted when we finally killed Oryx while 2 died from detonating bombs. It was just an absolutely frustrating night and I had to go fap to anime catgirls do relieve some stress Tl;dr Another Oryx run from lfg leads to stress relief after many wipes

First VoG challenge attempt was pretty fun. Took us a few hours but we got it. This one kid kept singing and rapping and shit and we kept having to make him stop. Then I forget what I said, something about our strategy and how we could change it, but he said "alright big daddy" I told him that he had to call me that the rest of the raid or he was getting kicked. For the next hour he called me big daddy lmao

Once, party host be-right-back'd us because he had to walk his dog. That was nice.

Well this happened when vog was the featured raid the second time I got group and one guy had connection issues like he left the game to title screen multiple times as well in the end we decided to give up and this was on the kill the Templar checkpoint
