I have experienced and issue that is making the game unplayable. The issue is concerning the WASD movement keys not properly responding in-game. Whenever one of the keys is pressed my character refused to move. After a lag she will begin moving but at a strangely slow pace. Also whenever another key is pressed while moving, or trying to move, she will stop and be unable to move until only one key is pressed. This occurs with any of the WASD keys regardless of which direction I attempt to move. On some occasion my character will start moving at the normal pace, but now be unable to stop moving regardless of which key, of any, are pressed. I have restarted the game several times and the issue persists. Not being able to move does make the game impossible. I hope someone can help with this issue...

1 ReplyHey people who have the same problem! I'm just gonna make this comment to make it clear, if you have any sort of protection on you're computer (Anti Malware software and all that jazz), try and disable identity protection/theft, it for some reason works... I just did it for Web Root and it worked. This is a really odd bug but hopefully Bungie will check it out soon.

I have the exact same problem. Was working fine the first day then stopped all together being able to move.

2 RepliesI have managed to fix this issue that I was experiencing as well. It seems Zemana AntiLogger was causing the issue for me, and uninstalling it fixed the problem. Thanks @Lemonbars for sharing your fix with us as it is what helped me! :)

What region are you playing on? Where are you playing from? I have some similar issues playing from Australia in the North America region.
