HELP I was trying to preload Destiny 2 from the Blizzard app when I realized it was installing to the wrong hard drive and I was trying to stop it so I clicked uninstall and now it says I never owned Destiny 2 in the first place HELP You can see by these images that it had revoked my ability to preload the game and it wants me to prepurchase D2 again. https://imgur.com/ZYIjvWq Here is the Blizzard website saying that I never owned D2... https://imgur.com/zIS0uYw And here is the exact same website telling me that I played the D2 beta (proof of purchase) https://imgur.com/7Sal4Ph Finally, here is a support ticket I had on the blizzard website back when the beta was out. https://imgur.com/NnGp4eU Where do I even go to start solving this so I can pre-load again? EDIT: So here are some answers that I have gathered so far from everyone in the post: 1. Amazon does not do the pre-load. Amazon only gives you a beta code via email and no other codes, including the game, will be accessible until launch. 2. What happened to me was a fluke. I never had Destiny 2. Just the Beta. 3. Amazon will ship you a box with the code on it to install the game digitally. I am not joking. This is literally how this works. So not only do I not get to pre-download Destiny 2, not only did I miss the early access period of the beta, but I also have to wait for Amazon to mail me a digital download code. My life sucks.
