  • Check the temperature of the air leaving the case. It is highly probable that the ventilation is not working, and should conduct maintenance work. It's also worth paying attention to memory filling.

  • try adding more vram. if you have say 8 gigs of physical ram, your virtual ram should be 1.5 times your physical ram. 8 gig would be 12 in virtual ram and 16 would be 38 gigs virtual. however if you have 16 gigs of actual ram, i wouldnt waste your time seeing as nothing should be using ALL of that power. its most likely it will need a fix

Friend. The problem is not with me. A large amount of memory in the swap file is required when there is a shortage of memory. If the memory is more than 12 GB, then usually there are no problems, most games (in truth) can use 6 to 9 GB of memory. A person fails in an hour, which means that something starts to take up more memory, or there are multiple errors (which also inflates the swap file).Data with errors is stored for a while, after which they are freed from memory. Also, time and power are spent on processing and detecting errors. This leads to overheating, overheating leads to new errors ... If the Intel processor is lowered frequency. Everything comes down to the snowball effect. The easiest indicator is to measure the temperature of the air and let the computer stand for 5-10 minutes doing nothing. If after that it works without fail in 30-40 minutes (depending on the temperature of the outgoing air), then the probability of heating is high. Also, if the restart occurs (without waiting), the malfunction is postponed very quickly, then the overheating is also probable. Verification is very simple.
