PC Move doesn't work

I tried doing the PC move from blizzard to steam and it goes through but it shows me that I only transferred 0 silver and no characters or DLCs. How do I fix this issue?

      Oct 23rd still cant transfer to steam. any news on when there will be a fix bungie?

    • characters show up in bungie.net profile, but not in game https://imgur.com/gallery/kIAxkiA battle.net and steam linked. shows 3 characters i had a year ago but characters dont show up after i start the game, only asks for a new character. is it only a matter of time before it tranfers via cloud?? anyone have their characters showing in the profile page and they dont show up in game? I also tried to link them in another way and before i clicked "accept" it showed all my characters in a list. After i clicked "accept" it said i was successful, however my characters disappeared from the list all together (photos for before and after) BEFORE https://imgur.com/gallery/vAA7fVK AFTER https://imgur.com/gallery/yDL6idN seems it identifies my characters, but they just dissapear after i click continue.. why?

      • Same thing for me, i did pc move and it says it was successful and i log into destiny and it asks me to create a new character...

          • I did a dumb thing. Apparently I have 2 blizzard accounts with Destiny 2, both with the same account name, one with no play history, one with all my play history. I transferred using the wrong Bliz account first, then realized my mistake today and linked the right Bliz account and attempted a transfer. Bungie says the second transfer was successful, but my characters and equipment have not transferred to Steam. Do I just need to give it a day or two, or is there something Bungie support can do behind the scenes to fix this for me?

There is definitely a bug here and I need Bungie to look at this. Why is it making up information rather than importing my account info from Blizzard? My guardians are not showing in steam, but Bungie's system shows my actual info so I know it is there. I have tried this multiple times and nothing changes. We need Bungie to take this seriously, I cant even play the damn game I paid for and saying "try again later" is a bull answer. We need help. I need help.

PCMigrationInvalidBlizzard In order to initiate Battle.net to Steam PC Move, you must have an eligible Battle.net platform account linked to your bungie.net profile that has not been part of previous migration. It's been the same error since I first tried

                      Bungie, please update us on this, many of us just want to play the game with our old characters. I'm having the same issue as these others. My characters don't show under my steam account even after the PC move, game takes me to character selection and when I check "Transfer Details" none of my characters or licenses show. Also, the fact that you don't have a support ticket system is 2019 is ridiculous. I understand that it requires a lot of customer support staffing to support it, but these issues are exactly why they exist, since it isn't widespread it's so difficult to get visibility on the issue without it being mass tweeted at your help twitter or paging the community mods on reddit.

                    • Commented on this post last night and just wanted to give a quick update on my end. No. My characters and Forsaken DLC still have not been successfully transferred over from Battle Net to Steam. And subsequently when I boot up Shadowkeep, I am promptly directed to the character creation screen with no other options than to Alt/Tab and close the game out from the desktop. I've unlinked my steam account, logged out of Bungie Net, logged back in under Battle Net, retried the transfer and cross save just as instructed. However, doing all of that, the 'details of transfer' window and 'accounts linked' page do not reflected that there has been any change. [u]Now for the interesting bit of this update[/u]: I had mentioned in my previous comment that the Destiny Item Manager app/site was having server issues last night. Well it's working just fine now and I was able to log in, and guess what I found? All of my weapons, armor, shaders, items, pursuits, [b]my characters[/b], [b]EVERYTHING[/b] is still out there somewhere. As a matter of fact, all three of my guardians and loot were bumped up to level 750. According to DIM, my stuff has not vanished into thin-air. It's just out there in the ether. Just chillin' in limbo. While this does relieve some of the headache, being able to know that my game progress was not been nuked from orbit. This doesn't change the fact that I and everyone else in these threads still do not have an answer to what is happening. Let alone an ETA on the situation. While a buddy of mine didn't have any issues doing the PC transfer, he says that an acquaintance of his is also having this same problems outlined in this post. I have no intention of stirring the pot here, because I'm sure Bungie is more than likely taking this problem very seriously. But personally, till I'm able to get some solid feed back addressing this issue or am able to figure out for myself what the hell is going on, I getting a refund from Steam for Shadowkeep. I will be more than happy to re-buy the Shadowkeep DLC once this problem has been resolved. But I specifically want my Forsaken DLC back. It's ridiculous to have to re-grind my characters and re-acquire all my stuff, but I can live with that. However, I paid good money for that Forsaken DLC and refuse to buy it a second time on top of paying for Shadowkeep. Anyways, it took a hot minute to write this and for all I know the problem has been fixed while typing it out. I'm going to keep trying things to see if anything works. Sorry for the long comment.

                      • Same problem. On the website of Bungie it is written that the account is transferred to STEAM. In the profile on the site all the characters and things are displayed on the account Battle.net Hm. Only shadowkeep DLC is listed on STEAM. No DLC the first year. The game only creates a new character. P.S. This is a translation, as I do not know English.

                      • So no characters have been transferred over from blizzard but i just checked my destiny 2 companion and have all 3 of my old gurdians but when i log on i dont have them. What is this bungie

                        • they are ridiculous today is 3 October and they still don't know what to do .......... I'd like to have a chat with the CEO of this company and tell him that there are more than 500 people with a big problem, 500 people who have lost all their money and progress! they all disappeared, they seem to be like children who have stolen jam! they are all under the tables to shake because they know that they have done something wrong and cannot solve it.

                        • I cant link my battle.net account. I go to settings and it tells me to go to the pcmove page, and there is no option there to link a battle.net account.

                            Also having these issues. Logged in and was met with a character creation screen even though I did the PC Migration. Now I'm unable to attempt to redo the link since it only says that it was successful and that I have everything except Forsaken, even though I definitely owned it on Battle.net.

I did the move months ago and my steam has long been linked. It does not read my progress here at all and the move is not working. I have friends who moved from PS4 to PC who are having no issues at all but I am not able to play my PC progress and the season pass I bought that I am not able to enjoy anymore. I either want access to the content or my $100 back. I don't care if I have to start over but I want my season pass. I paid for it.
