Just completely get rid of heavy ammo in competitive. The whole point of comp is to test gun skill, not to see who can camp heavy ammo spawn the best and then get 3+ free kills with Truth.

Fully Agree, Especially in freelance. If you happen to get into a 2 vs 3 game (which happens quite often) or your teammates are lower in skill or just don't push at all, the heavy ammo spawn makes it even more unbalanced.
