I'm glad that there is a team that actually cares to fix a game when it breaks. Not everything goes according to plan, and I'm sure Bungie will make things right.
Yes, this is a bummer, but what kind of a community would we be if we didnt support those who take care of us? At least they didn't let it go unnoticed
