We appreciate the feedback. But what I cannot stand are fans that 100% focus on "toxic" complaints instead of focusing on the fact that bungie screwed up badly. You guys were able to fix and then roll back accounts today. Had proper testing been done there would be no extra time wasted correcting various accounts.
There is some serious negligence going on at Bungie for this to happen. Yes I get it, maintenance can take longer and mistakes happen. But these are mistakes that should've been caught testing, it's not like a 1 in a million player issue where it may have been overlooked.
Some of you need to stop white knighting about those complaining and put your soyboy attention towards the real issues.

I just can't believe that after all these years of destiny they still have issues like this. It seems like almost every week there's some new problem. I just want them to do their job and get their shit together.

PREACH!

You assume there wasn't proper testing, but you know there's no such thing as perfect testing, yes? In any situation there's always something that can go wrong, even if you've tested everything to the ground and back up.
-
considering this affected pretty much everyone I can safely assume proper testing wasn't done. Do you look at the letter A and tell me it's not A, but a flying whale?
-
Considering there's a possibility there's variations between the version they test in, and the live version, plus possible issues while transferring the files where things can sometimes change/become corrupted....
-
you must not know how testing works then if you think every patch will roll out with no issues. get over yourself

not what I said at all and I already covered your side of the argument. Go white knight elsewhere.
