Being patient is fine but.shouldn't detract from the need for Bungie own up to the fact that they have a horrible record of patch and update quality failures. I have seen heads roll for less in my 35 career as a systems IT design engineer. Someone owns this and should be held accountable.

You don't need to get mad just because you don't get what you want, they're working hard to restore your accounts so you don't lose anything.
