Destiny 2 will remain offline for several more hours as we deploy this fix. Another update will be provided by 3 PM Pacific. All player accounts will be rolled back to the state they were in at around 8:30 AM Pacific. - Players may have to redo any progress or quests they completed between 8:30 - 10 AM PST. - Purchases made between 8:30 - 10 AM PST will need to be redone. Silver spent during that time will be restored. - Destiny 2 Silver purchases from the platform store will be added back to player accounts. - "The Pidgeon and the Phoenix" Lore being removed is a separate issue and will be resolved in a future update Another update will be provided around 4 PM Pacific.     Hey how about you shut up on criticizing bungie when they are trying thier best to make this game as good as possible BY THEMSELVES. Note, this is only Bungie that is working on this game and you shouldn’t be bullcrapping them just because of a minor mistake. If you want to talk trash on a solo company working on one of the biggest Triple-A title games, how about you become one of those game devs and try to do it yourself. See how that ends up, have some sympathy

  • Your worthless opinion states nothing useful. They are in fact professionals, but you know what they aren't? Perfect. And neither is their game, their upkeep, or the things they are doing right now for us. At least they are actually trying their best to get the game to us with the best results. You're the one who sunk money into the game- they didn't force you too, either. It's completely, 100% your fault that you put money into the game, not Bungie.

  • Don't use "we" like you speak for all of us. That is far too presumptuous. YOU willingly spent your money on a game. YOU willingly took a chance that there would and will be bugs and faults in that software. This a risk in investment that you wilfully entered into by spending your money on a product. Yes, I made that same investment, and yes, I would love to be farming out weekly challenges right now. But you know what? We can't right now. So move on. The servers will be restored. The game will go on. You will once again go about sinking your precious money into a risky investment. Enjoy
