Green with envy quest was almost complete but was stuck on 67% enemies well now it is gone from my quests????????

It's missing because it's complete ya goofball ;) They retroactively gave you credit for the Gambit you played while it was stuck. Check your Dawn seal in triumphs and you'll see that you have the team player emblem now.
