Trials Flawless Loot Disappears
Hello all. I would like to bring to your attention a bug that has ruined my morale for running flawless cards. Please note before this weekend of Trials (April 3rd, 2020) every other week has not had or at least not had to my knowledge this bug. It is important to know, when the flawless chest opens you will see some combination of purple pyramids, gold pyramids, purple engrams, and gold engrams. Purple pyramids are ALWAYS enhancement prisms, gold pyramids are ALWAYS ascendant shards, purple engrams are ALWAYS legendaries (both pinnacle and powerful), and gold engrams can either be enhanced mods, the trials sparrow, or actual exotic armor/weapons. It is also important to note that I DO NOT have the loot bug, I have been getting all my drops every week, when Friday's reset happens. I am also missing three enhanced mods, and I do not have the sparrow (even after 35 flawlesses, but that's a whole other rant). When I opened the flawless chest for the first of nine times this weekend I noticed that an exotic engram dropped, yet when I picked it up, nothing appeared from it. I didn't think too much of it, and like the dummy I am, even forgot to record it. The next FOUR times it happened I made sure to record it. Since they implemented their newest patch, every single exotic engram I get from that chest just vanishes when I pick it up. I do not get any rewards from the engram, it does not go to the postmaster, and I do not unlock any new mods or the sparrow (sad face). I DO get all the other rewards when I pick them up but I DO NOT get the exotic engram ones. I have provided a link to a little playlist I created for the sole purpose of showing this off. WARNING: I do get profane, as after it happened to me FIVE times this week I got frustrated, (also 35 flawlesses and no sparrow lol). So consider yourselves warned. I just hope someone from Bungie sees this if not for me (and my lack of sparrow), for the one person who goes flawless for the first time, sees an exotic, picks it up and gets nothing. Nothing to me in a looter shooter is more disappointing than grinding out 7 wins on a trials card and watching your literal reward drop disappear before your eyes. Also if this has happened to you, please comment on this thread, so I know I'm not alone. Thank you.

Yep same here. Had a charge time mod pop up and now its no where to be found. Just vanished.....

Same thing happens to me every run 7 times this week and engram just disappears with no loot also helped my friend by going flawless on his account and the same thing just disappears. As of writing this a clan mate has just experienced this as well please sort this out

I have 340 tokens disappeared this week after going for the title and doing all but one of the triumphs i get sh#t for it. You really are lazy and uncreative bungie all three of you working on D2

I made a post about this like a week or two ago, which included two separate occurrences of this happening! Bungie will not see this post, or my post. It clearly seems that they don't care, especially with all of the other loot bugs that they claim to fix. Its a very sad reality, but its our reality. I've gone flawless very week twice, and it has happened multiple times. There is nowhere else this can/will go, unfortunately.

I really would like to know what's going on. I have [b][i]NEVER[/i][/b] received Prisms from the Flawless chest, only the one Shard. The one Shard has also always dropped, without fail. I'm starting to think that whatever this glitch is, it's only happening to people who go flawless multiple times on a character within the week. I don't know about the exotic engram, as I haven't seen that before. Did get the sparrow in week 2, but I was standing on top of the chest so I didn't see what might've popped out.
