Looking for answers and information who to contact for a copyright infringement strike placed

Thanks to everyone for the helpful tips and comments! I'm reaching out to a few sources to try and have a few things clarified. And my apologies I meant to clarify a few things: - The original works I was referring to were my Twitch sub badges that I designed are animals within gemstones (like talismans) but I realized no one can see those as these de-listed. I was trying to figure those out as I made them into pins so fans and subs could reach them. The styles though are not even close to destiny. - The pins I created were influenced by the game's universe but were completely my own artworks that I wanted to make as physical pieces to wear and share. "A couple of days after completing the GCX Artist Alley St Jude Charity Stream Marathon I was suddenly issued with a copyright infringement strike on 5 of my original artworks on my Etsy shop not associated in design with Bungie by a infringements.bungie@cscglobal.com. I'm trying to figure out who issued the strike or if this email address is legitimate. I've already caught someone trying to sell off my original pin/art designs pins as official Bungie work via Ebay and wondering if this is all connected." Thank you, Heather

    •
Art Derivative artworks (physical and digital) based on the world of Destiny cannot be sold without expressed permission from Bungie. Art may be uploaded to the Bungie.net Community Creations page, or other social networks or community websites such as Twitter, Facebook, or Deviant Art. Your artwork may also be submitted as a Merchandise Inquiry. Please see below for additional details
From the link jambisource provided below. This is likely why you were hit with the copyright infringement. Freely sharing is one thing, but you're attempting to make money off of their property. That said, you are quite the skilled artist.

      • Have you read their terms? The website tied to that email looks legit. Some of your stuff does look like it is straight up using Destiny iconography and imagery, so it may be a violation of their terms.
