Since last Sunday or Saturday, I have been getting "turtle" error codes and I haven't been able to reach the character select screen. I got it to work last Monday night by clearing the cache, and then I got Turtle again the next day. I tried D2 on my fiance's Xbox and it worked just fine.
Today, I uninstalled and reinstalled D2 and I'm still getting turtle. I've tried swapping the Wi-Fi type from 5G to 4G, and I've also tried clearing my cache multiple times, only to get turtle.
Is there something that I can try to fix this? Ethernet isn't really an option, and I'm not skilled at NAT types and IP addresses.
I've also tried playing D1, and I got turtle error code on there as well. But other online games work just fine.
