Character boost did not show up - Destiny Xbox 360
I have contacted Microsoft already, and they did not seam to bothered to help on the matter. I have recently bought Destiny Digital Collectors Edition (Legacy Xbox 360)
I got items in the mail via Postmaster - Exotics on each character, Shaders, and other items that had been mentioned to be involved within the purchase. - There was no "Spark of Light" to boost a character to Lv25.
I was wondering if anyone has ever had this issue, and has any idea how to fix it at all. Everything else showed up, but there was no actual "Weapon" and there was no "Spark of Light" though I did get the weapon package it did not contain a weapon of any sort, no idea if that is meant to happen - Though it is labelled "Weapon Pack".
I know and understand that Legacy Destiny is no longer receiving updates or maintenance, but it would be very helpful if anyone could help me with this problem, would be very much appreciated, any helpful piece of advice would help!

You are able to obtain it from the postmaster given to your first character. When you have purchased Destiny, you logged onto one character only and went straight to the Tower and see no Spark of Light? Have you checked your inventory? Each character has a separate inventory in Destiny 1 so you will need to check each of them.
