3rd CP not counting when all on stasis or all ark in DSC, Have done it twice now each and haven't gotten the triumphs.

I've got both of those triumphs just fine. Someone in your fireteam is lying or not switching back to the correct subclass in time prior to the encounter ending. Every time I thought those were bugged, it turns out someone forgot.
